Where is your ideal ash scattering spot? Today’s Pickles cartoon starts with the grandson posing the question to Earl, who’s reclining on the couch, “Where do we go when we die, Grampa?”
Grampa replies, “I don’t know about everyone else, but I’m staying right here.” “Right here?” the grandson asks. “Yep. I’m going to have my ashes scattered over this sofa.”
In the next panel, the grandson says to his grandmother, “You have a really good vacuum, don’t you, Gramma?”
Ashes on the couch – how perfect if you’re a couch potato! I’m planning on being buried, but if I was cremated and scattered somewhere, I might pick a water scattering in my backyard pond.
